Do you want a purebred pet? Know someone who does? Check the shelters! Approximately 30% of all shelter pets are purebred. Or how about an original, one-of-a-kind mixed breed? They have these too! Check out the following pets posted as urgent on our Facebook Page.

These two pretty Beagle girls are owner surrenders at the Mansfield shelter (“one man’s trash is another man’s treasure” – Beagles are treasures indeed!) The shelter reports “this pair of PB fully vetted beagles need out of Mansfield Animal Shelter ASAP. They do not have much time left. Marilyn says they hate to be apart from each other! If you can help please contact Marilyn ASAP! Mansfield Animal Care and Control 817-276-4799.”

Terry shares this beautiful pair of Cocker Spaniels in need of rescue or adoption: “The Brownsville Animal Shelter has a really cute pair of cocker spaniels. One male and one female. They were both left together in front of the shelter abandoned. Both were matted and dirty but has since been nicely groomed by a volunteer groomer. They are both real nice friendly dogs. If you know anyone looking for a pair of cocker spaniels they are available for adoption at the Brownsville Animal Shelter. Adoption fee is $85.00 and will be altered.
