Another Pet Food Recall
It’s getting a bit confusing with the frequency we are seeing pet food/pet treat recalls. This latest recall was released February 19, 2013.
Possible Pet Food Salmonella Contamination
Kasel Associated Industries has issued a voluntary recalling for ALL PRODUCTS manufactured April 20, 2012 through September 19, 2012 in their Denver, Colorado facility due to possible Salmonella contamination.
The release reports pets with Salmonella infections may be lethargic and have diarrhea or bloody diarrhea, fever, and vomiting. Some pets will have only decreased appetite, fever and abdominal pain. Infected but otherwise healthy pets can be carriers and infect other animals or humans. If your pet has consumed the recalled product and has any of these signs, please contact your veterinarian.

Pet Food Recall
Another one…..so as we eat horsemeat called beef our animals are being poisoned, again, by our trusted pet food companies. where’s the progress ?
