The Ft Worth No Kill group is asking the Ft Worth mayoral candidates where they stand on making Ft Worth a no kill city; because there are several links, and Facebook limits the length of my posts, I collected the response links here to make it easy to review them all (note: the links will open in a new browser window). Here are the responses they have received so far:

Click this link to read Paige’s informative no kill letter to mayoral candidate Dan Barrett; it’s obvious she put a lot of time into her letter; check out his response to her at the close of this post.

Click here to read Nicholas Zebrun’s statement of making Ft Worth no kill.

A big paw salute to No Kill Ft Worth for taking the lead in their city to find out where the candidates stand on the issues!

It’s not too late; survey your city’s mayoral candidates to determine where they stand on pawsitive change for the animals and achieving a no kill status for your community! If you choose to, let us know and we’ll help publish your results to create more awareness for your city’s voters. The time is now before the elections – we must take an active role to save the lives of the ones that depend on us!

  1. Absolutely agree it is all about our pets. I hope some day TX government shifts their funding to the NO KILL shelters only. Meanwhile I am deeply saddened by the killing of CAPA or Hope Bill by TX Rep. Kolkhorst. I started a petition on change.org to get animal lovers to know and help eliminate use of Gas Chambers on Texas shelter pets. just search change.org for killing of hope in Texas!
